Yes, it's just a complete fuck up of a statement.

I think what he is trying to get at is that Bilic has an advantage that Sam didn't have.

But I think he does his mate no favours as he is suggesting Sam didn't know what the club is about and what was expected. Which, IMO, for someone earning £6m a year, would be the first thing you do.

But instead Sam alienated the fans and made a myth of the West Ham way. I said at the time he would live or die by those words and he did.

But, also you are correct, Bilic has done something different to Sam. And that is to create a side that is positive, creative, fast and always plays to win. That has fuck all to do with knowing about the culture at West Ham. That's to do with Bilic simply being a better football manager than Sam.

I suspect that his real issue is down to the fact that Anne Summers don't do a small enough condom to give him the confidence that comes from a snug fit.

Doesn't sound very convincing. I was not aware we play more long balls than anyone else :-)

Pleased he wrote that as it proves he knows absolutely nothing about football and has a crush on BFS.

Re: Richard Allardyce-Keys still at it
I find this sentence a bit strange:-

“There are certain clubs where if the manager played for them it definitely helps and I think that is part of why Bilic has been so impressive. He knows from his playing days there what the club is about and what is expected.”

So, we are playing the same, even though Bilic knows what is expected? If Bilic knows what is expected, you presume from that statement that BFS did not. Therefore Bilic must (and has) changed something!

A few mates of mine and contributors on here occasionally had a twit-fest with Keys the other day.

Some beautifully put comments worth looking at on here

Re: Richard Allardyce-Keys still at it
So basically the following teams play more long balls per game:

West Brom
Leicester
Palace
Watford
Norwich
Everton
Man Utd

And we play the same amount of long balls per game as the following teams:

Sunderland
Newcastle
Spurs

I am confused by his statement.

Keys still whinging about looking a dick and losing his gig after his sexist comments got him the boot from Sky, trying to get back at Brady and her involvement whenever the grudge baring chump can, so see through.

Re: Richard Allardyce-Keys still at it
We are hitting Carroll from wide positions and not from the back and hoping Nolan can get to him in time. You get the impression that if you get the ball wide and get a decent cross in you fancy a goal. When cresswell crossed for the first I thought it was going to end in a goal. Don't say that very often

Him and Keys have been employed by beIN sports in the middle east, huge company who have PL rights in many countries. They have just won the rights for Thailand for the next 3 years so I may have Keys and Grays in my living room come August. Will be like old times.

It's ok. Our long ball stat includes Payet's +30yd free kick goals.
